PRODUCTS LIABILITY DISCLAIMER RideNDry® — THE DUCKING COVER TERMS OF USE, WARRANTY & DISCLAIMER ⸻ 1. TERMS OF USE This Product is offered on the condition of complete acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein. Use of this Product constitutes acceptance of all such terms. ⸻ 2. SAFETY WARNING DO NOT INSTALL OR REMOVE THE PRODUCT WHILE OPERATING THE VEHICLE. Prior to installing or removing the Product, ensure the vehicle is in Park or Neutral, has come to a complete stop, and the parking brake is engaged. ⸻ 3. MANUFACTURER WARRANTY This Product is covered by a limited Manufacturer Warranty for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of purchase. To obtain warranty service, the Purchaser must provide proof of purchase and transaction number to the manufacturer at Shop@RideNDry.com. The Purchaser must return the Product, in a reasonably clean condition, via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, at the Purchaser’s expense. This warranty covers factory defects only, limited to stitching and hardware. Replacement will be provided solely for verified factory defects. Creasing of marine vinyl or clear vinyl windows due to folding for storage is normal and not considered a defect. Laying the Product flat on a clean, dry surface in sunlight for approximately 20–30 minutes may reduce creasing. Do not use heat guns, irons, open flames, dryers, heat presses, or any other heat source, as this will permanently damage the Product. This warranty excludes damage caused by natural elements including, but not limited to, hurricanes, tornadoes, snow, blizzards, salt or brine, flooding, hail, earthquakes, fires, animals, trees, extended sun exposure, or extreme temperatures. The warranty also excludes damage caused by theft, vandalism, accidents, stains, improper installation, misuse, or modification. This warranty is non-transferable. ⸻ 4. PRODUCT INSTALLATION, USE & CARE To install the Product, lay it flat across the dashboard. Loop cords around upright tweeters at the corners of the dash and windshield. If tweeters lay flat, place hooks in the corners to secure the Product. Attach hooks along each side of the dash between the dashboard and door frame. Secure hooks into defrost vents and adjust bungee cords for proper fit. Before operating the vehicle, ensure the Product does not restrict any gear shifts, steering column arms, airbags, or vehicle operating controls. Do not place or obstruct airbags. If headlights or wipers will be used, set them to the “on” position prior to installing the Product. All vents should remain open and set to a low defrost setting to reduce fogging. When removing the Product, do not pull or force it off. Gently detach hooks to avoid damage. The Product is intended for temporary use only, such as emergency rain protection or off-road use when vehicle doors or tops are removed. Prolonged use during extended driving may cause overheating of the dashboard and vehicle damage. The Product is not machine washable and should not be dry cleaned. Remove before cleaning. Clean using warm water and mild soap on a flat surface and hang to dry. Installation videos and additional information are available at www.RideNDry.com. ⸻ 5. DISCLAIMER & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY The Manufacturer is not responsible for damage to any vehicle arising from the use of the Product. The Manufacturer shall not be responsible for damage to electrical components, audio systems, dashboards, or personal devices. Under no circumstances shall the Manufacturer be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including damage to property or personal injury, arising from the use or misuse of the Product. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Purchaser agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless RideNDry®, its owners, officers, employees, agents, contractors, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising out of or related to the use of the Product. ⸻ 6. CALIFORNIA DISCLOSURE (PROPOSITION 65) ⚠️ CALIFORNIA PROPOSITION 65 WARNING: This Product may expose you to chemicals including, but not limited to, formaldehyde, phthalates, lead, and other chemicals, which are known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm. GOVERNING LAW This Disclaimer shall be governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Purchaser consents to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in the courts of North Carolina. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
